Good standard handles. Easy to assemble
I had to replace the old window handles and managed to find these identical standard ones. The previous ones broke in the same way in multiple windows so I expect this to last a few years as well.

Bought a few and everyone has broken
The catch inside snaps and you need to force the handle out the window

Very poor
We recently bought these window handles to replace a broken one, foolishly decided to replace all our catches downstairs with these. Within two days one catch had broken, my husband had to force it off as we couldn't lock the window, the button to open/ close it had snapped inside. Thought it was just a one off so took it back and got a replacement. Now another handle has stopped opening, won't open/ close.... nothing and one in the kitchen is now dodgy. Very disappointed and will be writing to the complaints department as now have six window catches that will all have to be replaced. Obviously have some sort of flaw and I would not recommend anyone to buy them!

Saved a load of money
I bought a house where some of the window locks on PVC window did not work so I rang the company who installed them and they put me on to a local locksmith to fix ,am glad they did not come out to repair because no doubt there would have been a call out charge, so I did some research online and this is very easy to repair so did it myself, make sure you got a vice when you cut the spindle down to correct size on your new handle that's basically it.

Great service
I ordered these locks late in the day and they arrived by eleven the next day. The locks are of good quality and very easy to fit. They gave my windows an instant lift from the previous brass coloured locks they replaced. I would recommend these locks to anyone.

Nice upgrade
I bought these to replace the original white handles on my bathroom window which were beginning to look shabby after 14 years. The chrome finish matches nicely with my recently refitted bathroom. I needed to cut down the spindle and the screws with a hacksaw, as per the instructions, to match the length of the original fittings. This is no great hardship in itself, but you'll need something to hold the screws whilst cutting them down (I used a large pair of pliers on top of a block of wood); a hacksaw and a cross head screwdriver are the only items specified in the instructions! I liked the idea of a pair of handles in one pack as I was unsure if the single ones all have different keys.
