Easy to fit
Bought for a replacement door lock & fits very well, easy to install & looks good too

Disgusted
Bought this product and when fitting discovered some screws were missing from pack. As we live some distance from B & Q's we rang Yale to ask for complete screw pack and were told that this was not possible as screws were packed in China and any cost/time involved in returning and replacing lock was down to us. We now have a ten mile journey to ask for replacement in the hope that new pack as all screws needed.
