Saved the Day on a Sunday Evening
This lock genuinely saved the day for me. Late on a Sunday evening, the old multipoint lock on my door failed unexpectedly and I was left unable to properly secure the house. With very few options available at that time, I managed to get hold of this Yale replacement lock. The quality was immediately obvious, and it matched up well with the existing door. Installation was straightforward, and once fitted, the locking mechanism operated smoothly and securely. Within a short time, the door was fully functional again and, most importantly, I could lock it properly and have peace of mind for the night. A reliable, well-built replacement that got me out of a difficult situation when I needed it most. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a sturdy and dependable multipoint lock.

Door locking mechanism
Bought this to replace my broken mechanism on my back door. Fitted with no problems and even managed to use a lot of the existing screw holes.

Poor quality screws
Screws unfit for purpose - disintegrated under the slightest pressure. Mechanism fine. Fittings - cheap and nasty.
