Ok product but a real pain cutting the spindle to fit.

Better options elsewhere
These locks require you to cut the spindle and screws to size which is a pain to do. Alternatively you can get ones with multiple spindles and screw sizes for cheaper elsewhere.

Not sure its the right one for horizontal use.
It worked but no instructions so I managed to fit it the wrong way round twice before getting it right. I think its for use on a vertical, portrait style window. Mine is a small window light which it wasn't perfect for.
