Bed bugs I hate them
Only just bought this product 3 days ago so not 100% sure how good it really is but what ive done is vaccumed the beds and floors set a zero room fogger off in the room then sprayed the bed with zero bed bug spray and then placed the bed bug powder around the feet of the bed so anything that trys to get onto bed has to go through the powder and hopefully die. I've also placed it around the skirting boards near the bed and across the door threshold and I've left it down. I've also put some powder in the wooden lates of the bed wete there is a small gap. I'm going to leave it down for a week or so and vac the powder up and take a steamer of the floor and replace the powder and will spray beds again at the same time. Bed Bug eggs take between 7-10 days to hatch so will repeat this for a few weeks and hopefully kill the life cycle. Steam also kills bed bugs and eggs on contact but it's really hard to steam every inch of the room. I'm throwing everything I can think of at these bed bugs. My thinking is that if the bed bugs cant get onto the bed because the powder is around the foot of the bed and the bed had no living once on it the bed bugs cant get onto the bed at night and feed. Dont forget to wash all bedding and pillows and soft toys at 60°c to kill the bugs snd eggs and tumble dry for at least 30 mins on high heat if the items can be tumble dryed this kills all bugs and eggs. Pest control charge a fortune and they use similar products and leave them down. Bed bugs and eggs cant survive heat wash everything you can at 60°c Tumble dry everything you can on high heat for at least 30 minutes Vaccum beds and floors before treatment Any spray that says long lasting only lasts till you vacuum next so re apply every time you vac Beg bugs and eggs die with steam instantly on contact Bed bugs hate lavender and tea tree as it's toxic to them so lavender bed sleep spray might keep them off you at night as well. Bed bug eggs hatch every 7-10 days so keep the treatment going for as long as possible when you think they are all gone carry on with treatment for a bit longer. Use Bed Bug powder in all hard to reach places and and small gaps Bed bugs cant jump Pest control charge a fortune so if you can try get rid of the your self. I'm a amateur but as you can probably guess I've done alot of research and I'm hoping I'm not on top of our infection
