Not what I was expecting.
Next day delivery was great. Unfortunately the product which arrived does not look anything like the photo. I must admit I looked at the photo rather than the description. Great customer service though. After I emailed, I had a call and was given a full refund. If you want a plain Chrome door knob then you would be happy with these. Check the size as they are smaller than I thought.
