Did a job but supplied screws are useless

They did a job and only time will tell if they are up to it in the long term, but reason for the review it to advise anyonewho buys these that the first thing you need to do on opening the packet is to take out the screws supplied and throw them syraight in the bin! Buy some decent screws separately at the same time, amd use those. I made the mistake of of trying to to use the supplied screws because they were the perfect length for screwing into the the thin chipboard kichen unit sides without breaking through and piercing the finished side. After every one of the first four screwheads sheared off not halfway home leaving the screw thread impossible to remove, and having 4 times having to reposition the brackets, i threw the rest away and dug out proper screws.

Decent bracket for most uses

Strong enough for my use as a support for fence panels connected to a fence post. Had to use my own alternative screws as the ones included were inadequate, which was a shame.

Good product

Good product. Used it to secure some cupboards 5 Star.

Basic but does the job

I bought these several time as handy to secure simple timber structures but unfortunately the screws are not always of top quality and will rust easily if exposed outdoor

Pefect for the job

Exactly what I wanted to stabilise two raised beds.

Soft screws thread easily

Another example of suppliers shaving fractions of a penny off manufacturing costs by using poor quality metal, and poor quality control by b and q. The brackets themselves were fine for my purposes but the screws supplied were so soft that every one I used threaded before I could screw them into the mdf board.
