Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus is a next generation universal water-based primer, sealer and stain killer. It is ideal for interior and exterior painting projects.
- Apply using a Brush
- Instructions for Use - Shake or stir well and apply using brush, roller or spray (follow spray equipment manufacturer’s instructions; use 0.017” tip at 2000–2500 PSI). If thinning is required add no more than 5% clean water. Apply between 10°C and 25°C, Relative Humidity < 85%

Like a magic wand
Covers everything I've tried it on, either blocking a stain or as a prep to previously painted surfaces. Sticks to everything (watch it for drying in the root of a brush) and leaves an even matt white finish ready for a top coat

Does the job
Does the job every time, Used it before for various jobs, I've just covered some patch up plaster, sanded the edge down really well then one coat over the whole wall then 2 coats of emulsion and like new again.brilliant!

Go-to primer
Great product. I've always trusted Zinsser for quality. Used to prime an old, dark wooden sewing box before painting it in a lighter colour. Covers beautifully and gave me a great base to paint on. Quick drying time, too, so getting my project done quicker. Expensive, but worth it. Highly recommended.

Great product for priming new interior wood
Really nice to use. Covers the wood well and dries nicely. Should seal the knots and avoid having to treat them individually, although we won’t know for a good while how effective it is! Big bonus is that brushes wash out in warm soapy water.

Makes tricky painting projects a doddle
I wish that I had known about Zinsser BullsEye 1-2-3 before: it sticks to just about anything and makes painting awkward substrates a doddle, with little or no sanding necessary. It's water-based, quick drying and stain blocking properties make it indispensable for tricky projects and a small tin goes a surprisingly long way. I'll never be without a tin in my cupboard again!
