Back box for a end wall.
This back box was deeper than that plasterboard and had to be trimmed but in the it done the job.

Much better than the one I was replacing
I bought this to replace a broken pattress that had been bodged together by the original electrician. This one is much better designed and stronger than the one it replaced and was much easier to locate the screws when fitting the socket to it
