Good value
This product replace one my mum had for 7 years. It’s a more up to date model and was easy to install. It does the trick supplying hot water to kitchen and bathroom sink. Mums happy with it so all good.

Great when it works
I seem to be going through one of these every 18 months. They all end up overheating or leaking. With them being close circuits, it's not worth having them repaired. Easier to buy a new one... wouldn't be an issue if the price reflected the performance.

Recharge
Anyone else own this and it stops working after every 500 hours to "recharge"?

Common as kitchen sinks where I live
Almost every other home has this make and model in the canary islands, and in the shop it comes from there's a very dusty location with a box full to brim of unsold sacrificial anodes because no one knows what they are.

poor quality
Bought this as replacement for a previous similar model Ariston water heater due to ease of replacing without altering any plumbing. Not happy as the previous model only lasted 5 years, when the tank was corroded and started leaking ( can see why they only give 3 years warranty on the tank). Would not have bought this if it wasn't for the plumbing.

Average but pricey
Common enough product but very pricey when you add up all the additional bits you dont get in the 'kit' What sounded a good price ended up being a costly bit of kit.

Solid Unit - Excellent Solution
The unit works very well and has been a great solution to providing hot water where there is boiler installed on the premises. My only criticism is that the unit itself is rather bulky and always do your research first, as we had to purchase additional items such as a presure tank and connectors which are not included with the unit. However, the price of the additional items was not extortionate (about £60.00) and was a cheaper alternative to installing a boiler / hot water tank.

Replacement Water Heater
Purchased 2 of these units as the old ones had been in place for 9 years. They had not given any problems until a couple of months ago. So in my m,ind they lasted the test of time.
