Had to install a toilet quickly, the reviews looked ok. a toilet is a toilet, we thought. what is not mentioned is the design of the pan. Its quite a small toilet, so if you are over say 4 foot...the back is idealy designed for poo to hit it every tim, as it slopes towards the bottom. the flush, helpfully , misses this area. So skid marks , every poo. keep the brush handy! perfect for the OCD type. ohh and you need to keep button depresed for whole of flu
Poor quality - would not recommend

We have had this toilet a year. Firstly had to take the toilet back as there were parts missing from the box. Soon after we had to buy a new button for the flush as the original had broken. Need a new toilet seat as the seat won’t fix to the toilet which has been an issue since day one. Wondering whether it’s worth it or whether to just buy a new toilet altogether as the quality of this is so poor.

The flush valve leaks water into the toilet bowl so the water bills mount up. Sometimes it's heavy, sometimes it's only a very slight leak so you don't notice until the toilet phantom flushes to fill the cistern up again.

Good value for money, we replace the toilet seat but that was by choice.
I wish I read reviews sooner

decent pan, cistern and flusing mechanism, can't fault it, however the toilet seat is the cheapest Chinese rubbish you can imagine, comes with nylon fixings which cannot be tightened, and wait for it, the seat itself is not the proper size for the pan so it keeps slipping left and right. make sure you account for extra spending! mine was a tenner for steel fixings, and another 30-odd quid for a proper toilet seat.
