I love it !!!
This is a gorgeous piece !. The fire itself looks very realistic and just adds a bit of wow to the room. So nice at night watching a movie. If you like the media wall style then this is a way cheaper option . Rob and Mercedes in Cribbs store we're amazing and they really go above and beyond . So happy with it :) it is a very light grey colour .

Sturdy and well made but the colour is misleading . It is definitely grey

Excellent fire
Delivery as planned. Came in well packed box in one piece. Good quality fire. Quiet heavy. Has void at back for sockets etc. It is slightly grey but that suits my room.

How to secure it to the wall?
The fireplace just delivered today. It looks ok but the reason I purchased the product for not requiring any DIY. Anyone knows how to secure it on the wall? There is no instruction but some brackets came with it Thanks

This product is disappointing.
I bought this product on line. The colour is very deceiving. On line looks cream but in reality is grey.

Colour in picture is deceiving
The product looks nice but from the picture I thought it was cream/off white colour but in actually greyish in real life. A bit disappointed
