This stove is a disaster in waiting
I bought one of these locally. From the off, it was noisy. Over 2 years Be Modern repalced the 'engine', as they called it, but it made little difference. A lot of money for poor engineering. After a year, or so, following Be Modern's abortive attempts, I opened the case and saw the problem. The fan bearings for the flames were rattling; a cheap motor with cheap bearings. I removed the motor and replaced it with a 12V cooling fan from an old PC; they are designed to be quiet running. Then I suspended the motor on two wire supports from each side of the casing and, low and behold, silent running at last. That worked well for a further 6 months until the driver for the LEDs failed completely. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying an LED stove to look elsewhere. This one is a botch. Sorry Be Modern, but you cost me dear for shoddy goods.

Awful
Just received in loose box - pretty much no packaging- loads of damage. Top damaged gandle off back off chips on back…. company agreed replacement but if its not packaged properly doubt it will be ok.

Just received this product the handle was in two half’s the front was hanging off be sending straight back not worth the money .

Construction is a bit flimsy
The entire internal workings are held into the MDF frame by four screws which are clearly inadequate and have a tendency to work loose under normal operating conditions. Instructions are also poor and inaccurate.
