This electric fire features a silent flame effect which instantly adds an inviting, warming glow to the room. This fire uses a thermostat which switches the heat on and off to maintain heat levels. This fire is operated manually and the function controls are located on the unit.

Delighted with it, lights are easy
Recently bought this and its a bargain. Strongly made unlike some others with mdf frames. Ignore the comments about the lights being an issue, you literally clip them into the holes and plug the wires together as shown in the diagram. Only extra thing you need to do is attach a plug, certainly dont need an electriciam for that

Lovely fireplace
I like this product for its colour. The fire gives a cosy glow and the lights brighten it all up. However the lights came without a plug and there is no on/off switch. This really needs to be addressed. No assembly was needed but the bolts to attach to the wall are unattractive.

Really attractive fireplace
Just bought this fireplace suite. Very pleased with it. Just a three pin plug needed to fit for the lights. Need two people to lift on to wall brackets. Remove the retention screws at the back of the fire to enable you to pull fire forward and change bulbs when needed. Lovely with lights on and the fire glow

Poor qualty
Bought this a week ago. Downlights come separate and needs a qualified electrician to install, no switch to switch them off so need to leave on constantly. Color stated as white but more a grey colour

not happy it says fully assembled bot the down lights come separate and no plug and says needs an electrician to install also it looks white on the image buts its more grey

Excellent fireplace suite let down by the power cable being far too short at just over a meter long
