Good product, shame about instructions and fitting
We bought this product a few weeks ago and it was delivered a few days ago. We had to employ someone to fit it as the instructions were dire. There weren’t enough or the correct fixtures and fittings to safely install the fire. However, once we had it fitted, the fire is beautiful but I think the instructions should be more accurate and the fittings should be provided.
