This electric fire features a silent flame effect which instantly adds an inviting, warming glow to the room. This fire uses a thermostat which switches the heat on and off to maintain heat levels. This fire is operated manually and the function controls are located on the unit.

Nice looking but …..
Very nice looking fire suite but wasn’t made aware when we payed for it that you have to build it yourself as it comes flat packed , quality is very good but for the price you should be told you have to put it together yourself.

NOT AS EXPECTED
Finished installed product great but as we ordred this in store it would have been nice if we told it comes as a flat pack, 3 pieces and the fire. The instructions are also out of date as brackets supplied without any screws did not match instructions.

Excellent value
Very pleased with electric fire suit. From ordering to delivery every thing was covered. We were concerned about delivery because of the weight of the marble (we are both 85 ) but the suit was delivered in to our lounge as requested. Fitting was straight forward.

Fitting instructions
Very poor fitting instructions does not show how the back plate and fire is attached to the surround. Will have to pay get get it fitted.

Evalina Fireplace modern and looks smart
Bought this fireplace to replace wooden freestanding electric fireplace. Very pleased with it, looks modern, smart and not too deep. It attaches to wall in 3 places and it suggests cementing hearth to floor. However as long as screwed to wall we have stood it on top of carpet and laminate. We have had to move it 3 times for decorating/ new floor and it has been easy to do. Needs 2 people to lift the sections but straightforward to install. The lit firelace gives a cosy appearance and is a lovely focal point to the room. Efficient delivery. Highly recommend.

Stunning fireplace
Recently purchased fireplace. Stunning quality but the instructions for installation are terrible so I have not yet figured to install it. Grateful for any clear instructions as I am usually great at installing but can’t figure this one out
