Nice looking fire.
I bought this to replace an older electric fire. I wanted a bit more modern and liked this as it looks a bit like a log burner. It’s not too deep so doesn’t overpower my fire surround and the flames are really effective. It suits us really well. Great purchase.

Very nice fire
I bought this fire because I had a narrow hearth and did not want to buy another one. For anyone with this problem this fire is ideal. It fits nicely and looks really good. I haven't used it to heat the room yet as there is a thermostat in it and the weather has been too warm of late so I can't comment on that. The flame effect is quite nice but not totally realistic and the flame is more orange than yellow but it is still good. All in all I think the fire is good value and I am very happy with it.

Excellent
After looking for a fire that didn't stick out too far in our fireplace found this and it's just the job looks great with good flame effect, which is why we bought it rarely used heater but was ok when tried it and not too noisy. First one arrived damaged from Be Modern but replaced no problem.

Flame effect
Got my fire and installed it today little disappointed as the online video shows the flames as a yellow colour which I liked but they aren’t yellow they are orange, also online video shows remote control has a backlight function but it hasn’t. Thank

Just what I wanted at a fair price
Recently bought on line. Great communication from B&Q, the manufacturer - Be Modern and delivery courier. Arrived promptly. The fire is lovely if you want the look of a stove without the depth. Very easy to install. Led flame effect is really good and adjustable, also no noise. The unit is fully sealed (door does not open) Heating is also very good coming out at a good angle for maximum heat.
