very disappointed
We ordered a kitchen from B&Q this freezer was part of the package, its not even 4 years old and we are in the process of replacing it, it just stopped working! thought with it being Beko we might of got a few more years out of it and I've noticed the fridge also a Beko has started making quite a noise just hoping that don't go any time soon!

Excellent value
Had this freezer or over a year now. Not had any problems. Does have a quirky set of storage bins but it works well. Things you use every day are quick and easy to get to. One tray is a bit of a faf to get to but just use it for second bag of whatever or things you only need once a week etc. Holds a surprising amount once organised. Runs quietly and at the low price mark it really is excellent value.

Stupid design
Too many nooks, trays and pull out drawers. The drawers are also sloped which is annoying and feel very cheap and thin, where I am in no doubt will crack and break very easily. I Found the door shelf pointless. Some may like these features, but I just need a three flat drawer or shelf freezer without gimmicks. Will be returning.

Not recommended
We bought this as part of getting our kitchen fitted. Illogical drawer layout with difficult to access compartments (same as fridge from same manufacturer). Did not work - entire thing froze up and we were unable to open it. Could have been installation and not product of course, but I wouldn’t risk it :) we are replacing with a Bosch,
