Good waterproof box
Bought the box for powering outdoor Christmas lights. Certainly did the job. The included smart plug unfortunately won't talk to my router as it requires a 2.4 GHz connection and my BT router won't allow me to split and rename the 2.4 and 5GHz connections but I'm working on it!

Solid box, but..
I purchased this as I wanted to use it for the Christmas lights with Alexa, unfortunately I couldn't connect the timer to our system as it requires 2ghz and our router works off both 2 and 5 ghz. The only way I could connect it was by disabling the 5ghz but I don't have that option in the router we have. Timer went in a cupboard and ended up purchasing a basic one

Product is a must for outdoor lighting
Bought to supply Xmas garden display. Perfect, used Wi-Fi adapter to turn extension lead on and off using Wi-Fi. No more getting wet or cold turning things on and off

Poor sealing
These are about as waterproof as a sieve, I bought 3 of these and they were all full of water after it rained.

Great Value For Money
Purchased for use with the Christmas lights. The unit worked perfectly including a strong wifi signal and as such have left this in place as a DIY alternative to an outdoor socket!
