Lacks power
Overall this sander lacks power for it size and intended use which is probably why they offer another one with more. It's ok for light finishing but if you need to remove product fast then I'd skip this one. Tbf the black and decker mouse is better but size wise its at a disadvantage.

Broken after 1 use
The mounting plates are made of plastic, which melted on my first use of the sander. Do not waste your money

Brill sander
This sander is amazing as it can remove paint from wood easily and it makes it super super smooth . I would recommend this product

It’s absolutely great
I’ve had a few orbital sanders. This one is my favourite. I don’t understand other reviews- suction? It’s always rather bad that’s why you should connect dust extraction which also cools the pads and improves efficiency. It’s one of the few that don’t leave swirl marks, for example a bit more expensive Bosch is terrible for that.

DO NOT BUY!
Not even powerful enough to sand paper smooth, avoid at all costs! Was rejected a refund even though its not fit for purpose!

worst sander. top literally exploded off.
I purchased this in January, used it to sand a couple of doors then put it away (hoping to never use it again). I’ve just taken it out to use it on a cupboard door out in the back garden, used it for a few minutes and the sander top literally exploded off and parts have went flying everywhere. the inside looks melted. dreading having to do the rest by hand.

Good for the price
Had this for a couple of months now, It's a good bit of kit. Make sure you line up the holes of the disc with the holes in the sander and the extraction is great

Terrible suction
Having to sleep downstairs as bought this today and used on half a bathroom wall and the dust it generated was NOT sucked up at all despite being correctly attached. Air now has what feels like a curtain of dust in it despite turning hoover on and standing on the landing. Returning tomorrow for a refund. Would not recommend as can’t see how it doesn’t suck up ANY dust.
