Good Product but Very Slow Delivery
We purchased this product as a replacement for a battery for our electric lawn mower as the previous one, which was a 6ah, purchased 2 years go, started showing a faulty red light and was not charging. It was past its warranty therefore unable to repair. This is a good battery, in fact like the past one (when it was working) was better than the battery which came with the lawn mower originally. Whilst this battery is good, the only issue I would say was the delivery time as to came via B&Q from Bosch. We ordered in on a Sunday and it did not arrive until 8 days later. We were not expecting such a lengthy time for delivery, therefore we were not happy with this. However, if this expectation was made at the point of order we could have made a better decision to order or not. However, due to the price difference against other companies we would have probably still ordered anyway, but always good to set expectations with customers.

Works as expected
No problem with the product - The only down side was that there was no link to any delivery tracking that we could see.
