Not a lightweight but very good for cutting logs.
I bought this saw as a replacement to my previous Bosch electric saw. Overall the performance is as good as expected. I had difficulty installing the self locking blade until I realised that switching the power on and briefly squeezing the trigger allowed the shaft to extend forward giving increased access to the blade lever. The weight is slightly heavier but is okay using both hands to support it.

Excellent saw for many jobs
I bought this saw because I was having my fences and decking completely replaced and wanted to be able to cut up the old in order to take to the tip. This saw comes with quite a long blade which is perfect for cutting through fence posts and no doubt smaller branches on trees. But I did find it too long for the panels. Easy to purchase shorter blades for it which were perfect for cutting fence panels and I see there are blades for metal cutting etc which are easy to swap over. This saw is a heavy duty piece of kit and I believe will last as appears to be robustly made with good quality materials. It’s a perfect piece to add to my ladies tool kit and can see me using it for many jobs in the future. The elderly member of staff who helped me select it was helpful and knowledgeable too.

Great product to trim our tree
Borrowed my son in laws and it worked so well had to purchase my own saw! So easy to use and works amazingly!

A robust product
I bought this about 6 weeks to go to replace a different model Bosch reciprocating saw, which I'd used for ten years. The new saw is robust and generally easy to use, but heavy and therefore not convenient when pruning a tree from a ladder. Replacement blades are not extortionately expensive and generic alternatives are available

Bosch psa saw
I purchased this item about 6 weeks ago to cut a panel out in a log cabin the only tool I could find suitable did a great job saved me £100 after buying the saw on estimates

Brilliant
Seeing as I'm the one who does all the diy in our household while my lovely husband watches the racing this saw has made my job so easy. Used it to cut away the under branches of a row of trees. Like cutting through butter. Great job and so easy to use... Looking for more stuff to cut... Husband, where are you ?? Great product very easy for wife/girlfriend to use and fun :-)

Great little machine
I bought this a few weeks ago and am really impressed with it. However it only came with one blade! Perhaps a spare blade could be put in box so if it breaks then there is no waiting whilst purchasing another
