Purchased the Item and it seems to look ok. Four filters and one cage to put the filter included. Not tested the filters yet.

Terrible, it stated in stock, I travelled 25 miles to collect it and only the. Received a call saying they couldn’t locate the item, no compensation for fuel or time, terrible service

cooker hood filter
CLVHS60a cooker hood, if you are going to use it on recycle setting rather than extraction, you need these! easy to fit (look on youtube if in doubt)

Fitting the filter on CVHs60
How simple this is just click out the blanking plate and slide in the new filter. It really cannot be any more simple, having done it I looked on YouTube and instructions are on there as well with a demo. Always amazes me how people whinge about “no instructions” or “wanting a refund” when it really is a very easy process to sort out when you check it out.

Terrible
Brought the extractor fan with no filters, strange as others are always included, neither does the extractor fan nor the filters come with a manual on how to fit, cound the catch to open but cant pry open unless damaged, please advise on how to get open or getting a refund

Where are the fitting instructions?
We have just purchased the cooker hood CLVHS60a and we were advised that we needed the CARBFILT7 filter. However, neither the extractor nor the filter manual explain how it should be fitted. Do we prise off the cover in the photograph? Please advise as we do not want to force and damage any part.
