Oven door does not close properly
We have had this oven in our kitchen for a year now and in that year we have had the door hinges changed, and still the door doesn’t close properly, about to have another set of hinges put on but doubt they will last longer than a couple of months. Due to the hinge problem heat escape from top of oven door and takes longer to heat up

Amazing oven
This oven is amazing was reluctant at buying it with previous reviews Cooks amazing and got quite a few functions Only down fall is there’s only one runner

Had better
Seemed good at the time. Haven't fathomed how to make sure the clock is visible all the time. You have to remove the grill before self clean function.

Some annoyances, but cooks great
For those asking, I believe this was supplied without a plug. It's a fine oven, just in terms of cooking things. Does a great job. There's a sort of "super fan" mode where it's so good that you don't have to preheat the oven, I've found that to be true. And it's visually attractive. But there are some problems that make me hesitate to recommend this oven. 1. The door has a soft close feature that can't be adjusted and makes the door take about 6-10 seconds to close. That's too long! 2. Additionally, the door can't be left ajar, only totally open. 3. The touch controls make the oven completely unusable while wearing protective gloves. Ridiculous. Unforgivable. 4. You cannot change the cooking mode without first exiting the current mode. So to go from fan assisted mode to grill for instance, you have to take off your gloves, press "pause" twice to shut the oven down, then select your new mode with the left dial, set the temperature again with the right dial, and then remember to press "play" to set the oven going. 5. While we're there, you have to press the "play" button to confirm every change to the operation, such as temperature or timing. Which again means removing gloves. 6. The heat profile of the oven is odd; I don't get a very uniform cook. It's fine, mainly an aesthetic problem. 7. The cooling fan is very loud and runs for a very long time after operation. Don't install this oven in an open plan kitchen; you will regret it. 8. For an oven that gets to 450C for pyrolitic cleaning, the mode temperature limits are quite low, you can't go over 250 and most modes are even lower, 240 or less. Well that's it thanks for reading folks, wish I could put more in the pros but they're quite outnumbered by the cons tbh.

Door catch broke
The product was two years old and hardly used, I hadn’t even had to use the pyrolitic function yet when the door catch seized and oven wouldn’t open. Had to break door catch to open it. Now useless and need new oven.

Acheté le produit..... 2 ans et demi après la porte ne s ouvre plus... Les pièces détachées coûtent hyper cher et p'us de 30 euros de port... Au prix du four.. Vaut mieux y regarder à 2 fois avant de l acheter

Temperature incorrect and clock switches off
Beware your clock will switch off automatically and you can do nothing to leave it on. b&q staff were lovely and as helpful as they could be but even the booklet didn’t state that this important feature wasn’t available ! It’s a small thing but I’d like to have had the option at almost 300 Pounds Not convinced the thermometer is accurate and have purchased an oven thermometer as it’s running 10 to 20 degrees hotter than the display states.

Four très difficile d'utilisation une vrais galère pas possible franchement c'est chercher compliqué ou il y a pas besoins vraiment mauvais ne prenez pas ce four

4 months old found it needs another oven rack to make better use of the oven for some reason they do not sell them.
