Great product
Iv had this about a month its great small enough to take upstairs or down, holds enough water to do the job we love it recomend to everyone .we perchaced this for half price wich is a big bonius thanks B&Q

Just what we needed
Bought this few weeks ago been using it once a week in various rooms .Knew we had a bit of moisture in the rooms but didn’t realise the amount that it draws out of the air.Wheels easy to manoeuvre (on hard floor surfaces)and carrying handles on the side Very impressed

Misleading
Looked at humidifiers on your website, found what I wanted, made the order, payed for it, gave details as requested for delivery, THEN got an email saying order cancelled and I would get my money back in 14 days. Reason, I wasn’t a trade customer, I hadn’t realised from your site that this was trade only, but you must have known when you took my money, fail to see why I have to wait for a refund

Good Dehumidifier
We purchased this, to help dry out some walls after a leak. At first I was dubious, as it didn’t seem to extract very much. But after a few days it was working brilliantly. Extracting 2 full tanks in 24 hours. You can really notice a difference. Only rating 4 stars as I find it a little loud. Sounds like an old fridge when on. But it works well and that’s what matters

Great product
I brought this last week as had condensation in my utility where it started causing damp patches in my ceiling and I can honestly say I'm impressed this has done the job after 1 evening of this being on it sorted it and everyday it collects a tray of water very quiet and worth the money. previously brought a cheap one and did nothing worth a buy.

Bought this for a slightly damp basement - pretty instant impact, air is bone dry now. Quiet too.
