This Pure brilliant white satinwood wood & metal paint has been specially designed to give a durable and long-lasting finish on a range of surfaces. Simply apply 2 coats with a brush or roller and leave for 16-24 hours to dry - a great way to give the surfaces additional protection. Covers up to 17 m² per litre on average.

Excellent paint for interior doors and trim
I am in the middle of decorating my house and needed a high quality paint for the internal doors, trim and bannister. As I prefer dark and moody interior design I decided on Tudor Brown in the trade satinwood and it is amazing. The depth of colour is amazing and I got great coverage from 1l can. It was enough to do 7 doors (2 boths, 5 only on one side) as well as the bannister on the stairs and the spindles. It looked a bit shiny after I finished painting, but within a week it has settled to a nice soft sheen. As I went with a darker colour, the soft sheen really highlights the grain on the wood of the doors and looks really nice and sophisticated. The trade satinwood is oil based, so there was an odour. I didn't find it over-powering or too bad, but I did have all the windows open as well as a gym floor fan keeping me cool during the hot weather. The new paint smell was 90% gone by the time I woke up the next day. All-in-all I am tremendously happy with my purchase and will be buying some more (in a different colour) when the time comes to decorate the kitchen and paint the cabinets.

Lovely finish
Great finish using a roller to apply. Nice mid-sheen. Coverage is good after two coats but sometimes a third is needed for patches.
