Lots of heat when on but doesn’t heat room
It’s handy to have just to take the chill off the room but it won’t heat up the room. Nice having the heat on you

I was not impressed with this fire
I bought this product obviously due to the rising energy costs and wanted to use it during times the heating was switched off. Unfortunately due to the high ceilings in my house this fire did t really make a difference unless you were stood directly in front of it.

Plastic melted around the metal grill cover
Health and safety concerns with this product as the plastic started to melt around the metal grill. Great health and safety hazard.

Break so quick
It ran only 1 month. It wasn't free. But it worked only 1 months. And, I bought them 3. I wasn't just only unlucky. All of them broke after only 1 month.

Quite good
I have used it from some weeks now, warms the room quickly. (It could be a bit cheaper tho) I plugged it to a smart plug that I can manage from my phone. It helped bringing the energy bills significantly in my rented cold victorian house.

Rubbish, broke on 1st use
I collected this today, got home and plugged in, both bars worked for 5 mins but the top one didn't fully light up/glow then flashed and stopped working. Rubbish product and concerning for an electrical item. It will be returned ASAP for a refund. Don't feel confident with a replacement
