Not great
I bought these to fit a seat from here as they had broken, went to fit and had to drill new holes and buy new threaded bar as the ones supplied weren't threaded correctly.

Easy peasy
I hesitated purchasing because of other (poor) reviews but eventually bit the bullet and bought! I am not sure how other people had a problem with fitting this because I really did find it very easy but then I'm only 70 and female to boot..... Screws included would have been helpful.

Instructions are misleading.
The instructions show the arms being fixed at furthest point from the pan. This is incorrect unless the packet I bought had the countersink for screws on the wrong face of the arms. It works if the arms are fitted closest to the pan.

Not fit for purpose
I bought this a few months ago and it was a waste of money. The screws do not fit the threads properly and so are only barely attached. Therefore, the seat is only on for a maximum of one day before it falls off. I (and my brother) have tried it half a dozen time and the same thing happens. Stubbornly having been without a toilet seat for a few weeks now I am going out to buy a different set of hinges (or new seat).

A little disapionted.
If I had wanted to change the complete hinges I would have been annoyed that replacement screws were not included. But all I wanted were the washers and nuts. which I had hoped to buy on their own.
