Buy the Aico 3000 series

Worst product ever. Buy the Aico 3000 series and live a happier life. I never got these alarms to connect to one another wireless in 2 years. The Aicos took 10 minutes.

Bought less than 6 month had to replace

Bought this thinking it was a good brand. The battery is part of unit and thow away once it fails. Also not happy with overall quality think made in China.

Broke in yr 4

It is a very expensive fire alarm for the life span. Told by FireAngel it has two year warranty despite it saying 10 year battery.

Poor

Purchased this product, easy to install but does not stand the test of time. Hopefully the store will change for the same product and this is a one off or will have to go through FireAngel. It’s only been installed a few months and battery is stating fault/end of life beeping mode and won’t test. I have called FireAngel already and hoped they would assist but state first year is with the store. People buy Aico

FireAngel products are poor

These devices fail within months and if you are outside of the retailer warranty period then you have to rely on FireAngel who simply are one of the worst companies you will ever deal with (check trustpilot). 7 months after failure, I am waiting for replacements from FireAngel….. avoid!
