Product ok
I've just had this fire delivered today I have to say I'm disappointed it certainly isn't like the photos the decorative panel is not a shiny chrome like the surround and even though there are screw holes in the panel there are no holes to screw the panel into so it is free standing and if my dogs tail catches it it falls and I have to keep putting it back the flames look lovely when they're on but theres a strange knocking sound every 30 seconds or so. I'm quite disappointed with the quality but I need a fire so my hands are tied but if a proper photo and description was given I would not have bought it

Great value for money
I bought this mainly for the flame effect and I love it. It is totally silent and flickers away beautifully. Very easy to set up, would definitely recommend

Bad quality
This fire is very noisy, it's very annoying when you use it... Because that i almost didn't use it, but in the end it broke after 2 months, when it was in use 5 times not more.

Transformed my room!:)
I've had this fire around 3 months now. I love it! It's not noisy and the warmth it gives it is brilliant! Although I mainly use the lights feature on its own more so. The only downside to this fire in my opinion is that it sometimes smells when it's switched on for the first time in a while. Like that smell of dust being burnt off the elements. It has blown the fan out a few times when the wind has been howling down the chimney but other than that it's a blinking brilliant bargain buy. I'm very happy

Glad I did
I have had my fire for two months now, at first I was a little disturbed by the noises it made - something like a lonely owl hooting every few seconds -but that seems to have diminished now. I love the appearance of it, even when there is just the flame effect on without the heat it seems to give the feeling of warmth. I was also very pleased with the price reduction. I am glad I bought it.

Fantastic
Couldnt believe it i ordered this fire and it was delivered the very next day free of charge. Fab service. The fire itself was a great price, i only have it for display really, so i have the fire effect lights on but i have tried the heater and the warmth it gives out is great and doesnt seem noisy. Very happy customer.
