Looks great, sound effects not quite up to the job
The fire warms the room quickly and looks very cute, the glow is really nice and the lights instead look good. The fire noise is a bit loud and only occasionally sounds like a fire. My husband doesn't enjoy the sound effects and they are a bit intrusive, can't watch TV at the same time, they compete with each other and the speaker isn't that great. The room is very warm after using it for a short time though so it does serve the purpose well.

Very nice looking stove
I bought this stove in cream recently in B&Q Holywood, Co.Down. Am delighted with it for my living room. Superb looking log & flame effect.

I picked this fire up earlier today and it’s beautiful. For anyone ordering online - it is light grey in colour even though it says cream. Really happy with it and looks lovely in my room. It doesn’t look plastic at all.

This stove does and is as it states. However, I purchased the cream one and found it looks more a pale grey than cream.

Lovely product
Bought this yesterday as a focal point for our fireplace. Easy to set up and enjoy within minutes , it’s easy to use and adds warmth and appeal to our lounge.
