Nice little fire but….
The fire is nice, a little noisy when heat is on (fan) but I have it on with just the flames showing which gives a lovely homely feeling. The cats are wary when the heat/fan is on.I never use the sound effect. It’s awful. Don’t buy for the sound effect as you’ll probably never use it. It crazed me within minutes. Wished I’d bought cheaper as paid more for sound effect. If only they’d been a demo model out in the store, I could have saved myself some money. But it is nice and people have commented how nice it looks. In my opinion, a bit expensive to only use as a background flame for a homely look but I’ll use the heat if my central heating ever breaks down. Easy to use with the remote control. Lead could be a little longer too.
