Very poor
Bought this product from B&Q it’s just run out of warranty very poor product burning smell coming from electrical heater when my door was at home alone contacted focal point the brand of the heater they were not interested and B&Q very poor customer assistance

Waste of money
Brought this fire plus marble fire surrounding fire looks amazing till you switch heat on then it turns rusty looks awful only used a few times now never use it just looks a total mess don't waste your hard earned money like I did now I'm stuck with it till can buy new. WOULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS FOR PRODUCT BUT NOT LET YOU SUBMIT if no Star

Although it has taken three weeks to get a missing part from Focalpoint it was worth the wait and the fire looks great
