problems
WE ordered this fire in Dec23 and it first arrived Jan 24 after the product hadn`t arrived at depot. When it arrived we noticed that there was a bubble on the MDF surround so we reported it as damaged. Now on 22nd Jan 24 we have received a new one and this one is also damaged. It seems to me that the product is being rushed in production which is a shame because it fits exactly to our hearth

Shocking!
Had this fire for a month! Literally a month! Just started beeping like constantly then turned off, tried to turn back on it did work for a while but then same thing happened! So annoyed!

Reasonable quality fire and surround
Purchased for a buy to let-first one arrive very damaged with arrows on showing damage off production line. Bit of a hassle getting a replacement had to email several times and send photos before another was despatched but looked good in room although not tried it yet

Sizes are wrong on website
Beautiful fireplace. However the sizes on B&Q website are wrong. The actual size is H - 800mm W - 985mm D - 280mm Lovely fireplace and just the right size for our room. Delivered on time and well packaged.
