Love it
Great looking fire, finished off our room perfectly. Remote doesn’t work, but a new one is on the way. Instructions a vague to say the least, but a quick google search shows you where the hidden timer/heat control is.

Easy to use, looks great
The fire is easy to install, use the bracket to mark your position then fix in place using the fixings provided (for a brick wall). the fire then lifts on and 2 screws go in the top to hold it in place. You can choose one of three fuel beds that all come with the fire (crystal, stones or log), we went with logs, you then place the frame on to the fire. I was lucky enough to be able to hide the wire and plug, as the old fire cavity behind the fire gave me space to put the plug socket in there leading out to a fused spur. There are also 3 colour side lights, 3 colour fuel bed lights and variable heat settings to choose from.
