Replaced taps. Really nice Finnish. Low water pressure and taps have made a difference

Well designed and works well
I chose this from a large selection and it has turned out to be sturdy and stylish. I’m very happy with it.

Tap leaking.
Bought with shower cubicle & wash basin & cabinet. The tap started dripping a few hrs later & hasn't stopped since. I willing be returning & paying a bit more for a decent tap!

an example of unhelpful changing standards
At first glance a great product - but then you find the standard design dimensions have changed. The inlet pipes are tiny so a) the existing isolator pipe connectors won't fit so i had to shut off the gate valves in the loft and drain hot and cold pipes before fitting - I wasn't expecting to have to do that - and b) the tiny diameter pipes in this tap mean that the flow is insufficient for an upstairs basin gravity fed from a loft tank.

Plating is poor quality
I bought this tap as good price and seemed good quality in store. It didn't take long for the chrome to be bubbling up on the uppoer part of the tap and on the top of the handle. I'm quite particular about keeping the taps clean and sinks, so isn't eactly left for constant water pooling on these areas. But for the amount bubbling its extremely dissapointing. I've good cheap kitchen taps that are always wet and haven't once shown bubbling after 10years. I personally wouldn'rt be buying these again and pretty much puts me off of any Good Home taps on here.

Complete fail - missing parts
Complete fail ! The tap does not have the correct parts to allow fitting. I have an extra metal washer but no rubber black seal, no threaded bolts, no nuts, no half moon washer and associated half moon clip (don't even know what these are called). Now I have to work out how to return these because they were ordered on line.

Bought this as a ensuite replacement tap, decent quality, and value for money as low in price. Easy to install, and also smooth operation. Highly recommend
