Low-quality product.
This is a very low-quality product. after a month the tap becomes very difficult to open and close. it almost always remains a little open and wastes water.

Quality Product and easy to fit
I found this tap well packaged for safe, transportation, instructions, very small print, but just readable, very good solid construction of the tap well-made. A good quality product easy to fit, although had to be a bit careful with the pop-up plugs as the thread length was just enough for the waste system to go on the bottom with additional rubber O-ring to pack out. I would recommend this product if you going for a little bit better quality and willing to pay.

Very horrible product .
Never ever by B&Q tap sets. We footed our toilets with full B&Q product and leak’s most the taps. Hard to replace the cartridge as it’s very complicated remove the cartridge inside monoblock tap.

If theres one thing i no, B&Q products do not last very long. Shop elsewhere I beg you.
