Problème télécommande
Plus de connexion entre télécommande et ventilateur. piles changés, parfois reconnexion en coupant le courant. Dommage joli produit.

Problème télécommande
Idem que les précédents commentaires. Apres 2 jours sans soucis, la télécommande se déconnecte. Un code erreur apparaissait par moment mais rien sur la notice. Nous avons ramené le ventilateur en magasin pour le changer et le nouveau a exactement le même dysfonctionnement. Dommage... le produit est silencieux et esthétique... Nous l'avons ramené en magasin et changeons de modèle.

la télécommande se déconnecte
Bonjour, même problème que l'autre particulier, la télécommande se déconnecte et il faut débrancher le ventilateur puis recoupler de nouveau. Avez vous une solution pour régler ce problème ?. Merci.

CONNECTION TELECOMMANDE
Problème connection télécommande ,celle ci a été changer en magasin. Nouvelle télécommande la connection tient 2 a 3 jours puis obligé de couper au tableau électrique pour que celle ci fonctionne Que dois je faire?

Fonction été/hiver défectueuse
Nous avons choisi ce modèle pour sa fonction été/hiver Hors la touche correspondant au choix ne produit aucun effet. Normalement, le sens de rotation devrait changer, ce n'est pas le cas. une notice plus explicite serait bienvenue. D'autre part, je trouve la lumière n'est peu confortable pour une chambre (qqsoit couleur choisie) et elle papillotte quand le ventilateur est en marche (du fait de la réflexion sur les murs) . Par contre il est silencieux et la vitesse lente est agréable. Avis mitigé donc. Si on pouvait nous dire comment faire fonctionner le mode "hiver"...
