As a Manual heater, not bad
I can't for the life of me get the heater to work in automatic!! I've read the instructions over a good few times!! I'm missing something somewhere, Very FRUSTRATING.

Not that happy with it
Purchased this last month and still can't get the programme sorted so that the radiator comes on automatically morning and evening. The programming instructions are quite complicated and it's not only me, my SIL came he was here for an hour and it's still not working ....he's a gas engineer!!!

Absolute rubbish
I gave this product 1 star only because I couldn't give it zero. Absolute rubbish. The product is misleadingly advertised as ceramic heating technology which you would assume is ceramic core...it is not. Advertised as 1500w but the actual average heat output per kWh is only around 800w this is due to the power on/ off cycle mode it operates in. Out of every minute it is powered it cycles off every 20 seconds so no continuous heating at max power is ever achieved. I bought this to heat a small bedroom and it is absolute rubbish. Save your money and don't buy this junk

Frustrating
This is a good looking, easy to install heater but very frustrating. After fitting the heater, which was very straightforward, I then attempted to program it. To be honest I was ready to take it back, but full marks to Tim at the Havant B&Q who on hearing of my problem looked into my issue, found where I was going wrong and gave me advice that meant that I could program the heater successfully. The manual does leave something to be desired and a video would have made programming the heater much easier to follow.

Help ref. no plug.
Most electrical heaters of this type require being wired into a spur and NOT to use a plug due to risk of a warm plug and fire...hope this helps.

Just puzzled
I bought the Duben NT15TC 1500w wall heater last week, just puzzled why it says you can't fit a 13amp plug top to this appliance as it's only 1.5kw.
