Simple design but well worth the money!
I wanted a base to replace a floor lamp that had broke but with the pattern in the shade I needed a simple design. To be honest for the money I thought this would ‘do for now until I found something better’ but I was very pleasantly surprised by the weight & classic design. Thank you B&Q this one is a stayer!

Very Sturdy
Nice weight to the lamp base. Not easy to knock over. Everything screws together easily and is very solid. Good thickness off metal on it. Looks far more expensive than it is. Foot switch very positive.
