No bracket
I bought 2 recently, 1 came without the metal bracket on. I got in touch twice and I am still yet to have this resolved.

Great lights
These were easy to fit and have improved the lighting in our north facing bathroom! No more tide marks!

Replacement led
Easy to fit, replaced an ancient now defunct, transformer driven system in a neighbour's bathroom. Slight irritation that led unit is not replaceable from the room without the whole unit but as it is in a bungalow access is easy in the loft but under fiberglass.
