Would give 0 stars if possible!
This is the worst thing I have ever spent my money on. To start with it was cool but not overly like an air conditioner should be and we have had it a month and it’s just making the room hot it’s blowing warm air and is making a horrendous sound like it’s about to blow up should have listened to the reviews but I didn’t because I was desperate for a cool room in the heat wave but don’t do what I did save your money and buy a better one when it’s back in stock!

This air con is above and beyond.
Bought this last week and was a little sceptical, but it has truly amazed us. We have it in our lounge and leave all the inside doors open. The house is cooler and the lounge is lovely. I think the key is to make sure you have the vent properly outside. We bought a extension tumble dryer hose and added to the one it comes with. Because it’s cheap (the hose) we squeezed it through the window and pulled it slightly too. This and closing the rest of windows and blinds has had this hot spell so much more bearable. We bought the 1200 one and would definitely recommend it.

Wow what an amazing purchase
Make sure you put the pipe out the window or another room as it kicks out some real heat. I plugged it in and within 5 mins the room was freezing even when we had the high 30s heat. Worth every single penny. Yes it's a little loud but a small price to pay. I like the night mode so it comes on and off through the night to keep room at same temp.

Don't bother
This was no colder than a regular fan, B&Q did refund with no quibble but honestly it was garbage.

Good product
I bought this unit a few days ago and find it to be spot on for cooling my living room @ 5m x 4.5m. It does take an hour ish to bring the temp down but once there it works a treat!

Stopped working after 6 days!
Fantastic bit of kit when working but found after a couple of days it wasn’t cooling as well then on day 6 the air con side of it completely stopped working only leaving the fan to push the hot air around the room. The cause of it was the fan that pulls the hot air out of the machine stopped working so the air con unit overheated.

dont see others problems
got this a couple of months ago to cool my bedroom and ensuite, bedrooms wuite big ( i have a super king bed 6 wardrobes chest of draws and a sofa at end of bed ( hope that helps with guide to dize of room, ensuite is a good size too, cools the area with in 30/40 min on a hot day and keeps it cool, not tried the heat function yet but i have used it with a window kit and works perfect i have now drilled the wall and works just as good, it is noisy but all ac units are when on noght mode it does quieten down not to the level of a fully plumbed in system but they cost 3x more and there still not quiet, get the feeling people have never used ac or didnt pay the extra to but the eindow seal kit

Best investment we've made!
Bought this air con because we live in a top floor flat, in the summer we reach 37° in our flat alone. This cools our whole flat in less than an hour. Bit noisy but were used to it now, would recommend 100 times over.
