What an improvement
Our freezer broke down after 18 years and needed to be replaced. The Hisense model we chose was smaller in dimension than our old one so I was amazed it took all of the items in our old one with space to spare. Clearly, things have changed with better insulation and no nasty coils at the back. I was also very happy to have a door handle that allowed me to close the door and then immediately open it again - very clever.

Fridge and freezer doors very stiff
I had these installed a few weeks ago. The doors are very, very stiff and I need both hands to open one door. Called Hisense who said they could replace the items but I would need to pay 20% of purchase price. I don’t want them replaced I just want an engineer to come and have a look and see what the problem is. Very disappointed with Hisense.

A good freezer
I bought this a few weeks ago and we are very pleased with the build quality and design. The 2 deep drawers are very useful for keeping things like meat all together

no issues and works great
It has worked perfectly from day 1 and we have had no issues in 6 months. This was a replacement for the Gorenje, that we bought originally, which was terrible..
