Hub already registered to someone else
Thermostat hub was already registered to simeone else account unable to connect to own account spoke to hive nothing they could do waiting for tradepoint to contact me to arrange a replacement.

Absolutely cheats... AVOID
They have broken their app on purpose so that they can force their customers to upgrade to Hive Plus which is a paid subscription. Imagine having to pay to view your own usage data on a device that you own, in your own house! The app is pretty much useless without the paid subscription. Save yourself the trouble and buy something else.

Great product for my beloved Y plan
I bought it October 24 from B&Q online and it works nice. Really great option (the classic thermostat with dial) for those who wish to manage the system by app but also for them who still like to boost hot water and heating with the physical buttons on thermostat body quick and easy (I.e. while your battery has gone flat or can't find the phone). Love it.
