Week 7,still have broken hedge trimmer in my hallway waiting for collection ,they lost the first hedge trimmer,then sent a broken trimmer, said they would pick it up 4 days ago unbelievably poor service.

I bought off Amazon and it came broken( could not push operation trigger in)so returned.Went to B&Q and bought the hedge trimmer and used it twice and it broke (motor going not blades not moving ,just over 2 months old,sent it back 5 weeks into repair they lost it ,now the are offering me a reconditioned trimmer .I am not happy.
