one damaged
the lights look good but I ordered 4 one had already been opened and was damaged

Dim
Bought original spot lights at B&Q over 10 years ago and one failed. Unfortunately, the original lights were not dimmable, and this replacement, despite having same spec, is dimmable. Result is when lights switched on, the dimmable light takes a fraction of a second longer to achieve full brightness, creating a rippling effect. In brief, feel unhappy that B&Q do not supply replacement spot lights for previously sold lights.

Great buy, saves on bulbs
I needed to change my spot lights in my bathroom. One of them kept playing up and not working. I bought these, wow these ones were so modern and easier to install. I was unaware that you don’t/can’t change the bulbs now. The bulb in these lights last for 25’000 hours, that’s a long time for a bathroom when it’s dark.

Incorrect information about the Finnish
Looking on your web site for white gloss down lights for our bathroom we found nothing. On visiting your Chesterfield store we found and purchased 3 Luceco EFTE45W40 white gloss down lights. On checking again your website using the item product code it states they are a Matt white finish not gloss so the listing is wrongly worded. Thank goodness we decided to go into store and check for ourselves. We love the product and they were just what we were looking for No thanks to the information on your website.

These lights have really made the room brighter and we like the fact that they are 'hidden' In the ceiling.
