Easy to use
Such an easy product to use especially for those little jobs around the home

Handy tool
Good value if used for occasional jobs around the house. Only one battery supplied and spares don't seem to available. Somewhat weighty for its size and a little top heavy but it works well.

Good product overall, with minor reservations
Does what you'd expect well and the battery has a decent life between charges. Enough torque for light drilling purposes, don't expect to get far in concrete for example. The main downside is there are no spare batteries for sale. Plenty of similar ones on Amazon but none identical so won't fit. Also the motor has brushes so will one day wear out. Either of these are issues, if like me, you only use it occasionally. B & Q should like at providing spare batteries. It's not very green to sell a product that has to be disposed of because the battery has worn out.
