Poor quality
Used once and then broke. Wouldn’t work after this. Cheap for a reason.

Great pump
I purchased this water pump to empty my fish pond. It is easy to set up and use. Pumps the water at a nice rate

Useful product for pumping water out
After the recent bad weather I had a massive puddle behind the house as the drain was blocked. I bought this pump and managed to remove the water. Just make sure you have the right pipe to connect to it as the one that was suggested was not the right size and I had to adapt one.

WARNING: requires minimum depth for float switch.
I bought this yesterday, 30 October 2023. When I read the manual it said minumum depth of 60 cm for float switch to work: my depth is far less. There seems to be no depth warning on this webpage or on the box. I'm sure if you have over 60 cm depth and wish to use the automatic one/off it is good value. I've returned the pump to B&Q and bought one via B&Q with intergral float switch

Quick and Easy

Highly recommended
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great bit of kit. Used to drain around 1500 liters of water from a hot tub to a kitchen sink. Took just over 30 mins and worked perfectly. It left only a few liters at the bottom. I can highly recommend this product.

Great little pump
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this to empty out hottub which used to take around 4 hours with this it’s a fraction of the time. Absolutely brilliant definitely recommend to anyone who has a hot tob or a pool/pond we’d be lost without it.

Small but very effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a fairly large, 3000l inflatable pool that had been neglected since the hot weekends. I was going to just empty it and pack it away but thought I'd give this new pump a run to see how it does and it's fantastic. The water wasn't swamp level dirty but it had a lot of nasties in etc and it cleared it all in a matter of hours. Very very happy with this product. The motor isn't obnoxiously loud and very easy to store away for next summer.

Quick and easy way to clean water
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pump is really easy to assemble, in fact it took less than a minute to get it out of the box and put it together for use. It is very efficient at removing dirty water from ponds, hot tubs, dip tanks etc and gets the job done in minutes, thanks to its powerful motor. A handy piece of kit which is easy to store.

Convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing for getting rid of the dirty water out of the swimming/paddling pool. Usually it takes me hours of hard work and a flooded garden but with this it took just a few minutes. I did have to buy an attachment to go on this though. It’s a nice compact little tool so doesn’t take up much room in the shed
