Good value - real labour saver
Bought this for a good amount of garden clearing-out, mixture of established bushes and fairly large trees. Takes a little bit of setting up, but nothing too tricky or time consuming. In use it's been very good - no problems with most of the plants, bushes and trees (trees trunks about 100mm in width). Good value for the money.

Very good value
It works very well although slightly heavier than my previous one. I easily cut down the trunk of a tree into pieces for burning. I would recommend this as at the price it is every bit as good as the more expensive ones.

Easy to use and assemble.
I’m a petite female with limited strength yet I had no trouble assembling or using to cut down a sizeable tree. I was worried as it was much cheaper than others on offer, and was the only electric chain saw I could find with a bar of 40cm and was concerned it would not be powerful enough. However, it made quick work of the tree and was easy to handle and manoeuvre to the right angles. I’m very pleased.

It does what it should do.
Was easy to put together but needed to buy oil. The oil should be part of the price.
