Mac Allister SOLO cordless 37cm mower with brushless motor technology for more power and extended run times. Powered by the SOLO DUAL VOLT battery, compatible with any 18V/36V Mac Allister SOLO tool. Verti-Store vertical storage for easy storage and access to clean and maintain the underside of the deck. Telescopic sliding handles, central height adjustment and mulching kit. Coverage on full battery - up to 400m2.

Good for several small lawns
I bought this battery mower recently to replace a mains electric mower because we have 4 separate small lawns, and the cable on the mains mower was always getting in the way. It feels quite light, but does the job well. Good size grass collection box, and battery fully charged seems to last well. Did 3 of the 4 small lawns, and didn't take long to recharge to complete the fourth. The adjustable handle length is very useful.

Overall very pleased with battery mower.
Love it! Would have liked a good old fashioned manual with it instead of flimsy, torn bit of paper! It took awhile to work out how to charge...

Feels flimsy but does the job
Bought this as fed up with getting cables out so it was quick and easy does the job doesn't like wet grass, only complaint the handle feels flimsy it's either fully out or in no in-between when out and in use the top part of the handle is inclined to move about doesn't feel firm otherwise not a bad machine

Sent one used model then the 2nd had a fault
Unbelievably the 1st mower delivered had grass cuttings in it, so it had been used packed back into the box then sent out as new. The replacement now has a fault and I'm currently waiting to hear back on yet another replacement.

Just what I wanted
I needed a light weight battery operated lawn mower that I could easily transport between my allotment and home. So far it has managed to cope with the early season damp and long grass of the first cuts of the year. Looks good for the future.

Great Lawnmover, honest review
Used it for the first time at the weekend. Very light, easy to use and basically what I was looking for to cut a medium sized garden. Battery charges to 4 bars in an hour and I only used one bar doing the whole garden. Don't usually leave reviews, but did so because people leave one star because they can't buy a replace blade instore! Hardly a fair review of the actual product. Hopefully this is a honest review for people considering buying this product

Product failed after 20 min andso did replacement!
First use - was great for 20 minutes, really pleased, then it stopped unexpectedly. I assumed the battery had run out (though I wasn't impressed with running time) I put the battery on charge and it indicated on the charger that it was full. The indicator on battery only showed 1 bar. I left it to charge for a couple of hours. On re-introducing the battery, it started then immediately cut out. It just would not start. Put battery on charge for longer, but same result - it started but cut out immediately. Took the mower back to B and Q. Swapped for another of the same make / model. EXACTLY the same thing happened!! Its topped after 20 min, battery showed fully-charged on charger but 1 bar on battery. Again, left on charge for several hours. Tried it the next morning and it would not even start briefly this time...nothing. B and Q are happy to take a return but it means I have had 3 hours driving to take them back.
